Aligatapera Drink (Avocado Drink)

Ingredients 02 – 03 ripped avocado 01L Cold milk 08 – 10 ice cubes Sugar to taste 02 – 03 drops of vanilla (optional) Method Peal the avocado and remove the seed. Add avocado, and 500ml cold milk and blend until it becomes a smooth paste Add sugar to taste and blend another 1 minute Add remaining 500ml cold milk, fed drops of vanilla and ice cubes and blend another 1 minute Serve chilled Tips:  You can add a scoop of vanilla ice cream top and serve, which makes it more delicious

Papol (Gas Labu) Drink (Papaya Drink)

Ingredients ½   well ripped papaya 2 – 3 tsp Lime Sugar (optional) Salt to taste   2 glasses of cold water Method Remove the seeds and scoop the papaya into a blender Add 01 glass of cold water and blend it Add sugar and salt as required Add the remaining glass of cold water Blend until smooth Add lime just before you serve Serve cold with added ice cubes

Ambaralle Drink (Hog Plum Drink)

Ingredients 02 Ambarella Sugar to taste Salt to taste 10 – 15 ice cubes Lime Juice (optional) Method Peel ambaralla and cut it in to small pieces. Put the ambarella, ice cubes, sugar, and salt in to a blender and blend them well. Add lime if necessary. Serve chilled

Komadu Drink (Watermelon Drink)

Ingredient: 5-6 cups of Watermelon flesh cut into chunks (de-seeded) or 01 medium size watermelon  1-2 cups Cold Water 1 tsp Lime (Optional) Sugar and Salt to taste Ice Cubes Method: Put the watermelon chunks into a blender and blend it for 2-3 minutes   Add all other ingredients into the blender and blend till all the watermelon has liquefied. Serve with ice. Tips : Prepare the drink just before you serve You have to serve any fresh drink within 30 minutes of its’ preparation to get the best taste.

Divul Drink (Wood Apple Drink) - Method 01   Ingredients 4 ripped Wood Apple (medium size)  1L Cold Water 1/2tbsp Salt 10 – 12tbsp Sugar (you can add sugar to your taste) Method Take the wood apple pulp in the vessels. Add the wood apple pulp and 500ml cold water and blend until it gets smooth Add salt and sugar and blend it another 1 minute. Add the remaining 500ml cold water and blend another 1 minute. Katu Anoda Drink (Soursop Fruit Drink)

Ingredients 01 ripped soursop (unblemished, medium size) 01 cup of cold water 01cup of water Sugar to taste Salt to taste Few drops of lime to taste Method Wash the soursop and peel it in to a mixing bowl Add 01 cup of water and squeeze the mixture and remove the seeds Put the soursop pulp, 01 cup of cold water and sugar to taste and blend until it get smooth Add salt to taste, and few drop of lime and blend another 01 minute Serve chilled

Annasi Drink (Pineapple Drink)

Ingredients 01 ripped pineapple, unblemished 10 – 15 ice cubes 01 cup of cold water Sugar to taste Method Wash the pineapple and cut the skin from the sides Chop the pineapple into small pieces, remove the core Put the pineapple pieces in to a blender and blend until it get smooth (if you need you can add 01 cup of cold water) Add sugar to taste and blend it another 1 minute Add the ice cubes and blend another 1 minute Strain the liquid through a medium mesh strainer and Serve Chilled

Delum Drink (Pomegranate Fruit Drink)

Ingredients Seeds of 1 ripped permanganate 10 – 15 ice cubes 1/3 cup of cool water Sugar to taste (optional) Method Put all the ingredients in to a blender (expect sugar) and blend them well until it gets smooth. Strain the liquid through a medium mesh strainer. Put the pomegranate pulp in to a double cheese cloth and drain the liquid as much as you can. Strain the liquid fine mesh strainer. Serve chilled .       

Pera Drink (Guava Drink)

Ingredients 03 ripped guva (medium size) 1/2 cup of cool water 10 – 15 ice cubes Salt to taste Sugar to taste (optional) Method Cut the Guava into small pieces Put all the ingredients together into a blender (except salt & sugar) and blend them well Add salt & sugar and in to the mixture and blend it again. Serve  chilled .
